Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any damage, scratches, or signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- SAFETY EYEWEAR – Once opened or used, these specialized protective glasses cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition
Return Process – Step by Step

Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the unworn items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
